A great business practices great customer service from upper management down. If this gm wayne connor hangs-up the phone on a client whose expensive jacket they damaged they clearly do not care about the customer nor take responsibility for their actions. The fact he treated a customer like this just two days before christmas displays even further his/their lack of empathy and customer service.
