5.eco clean cleaning centres
Four of my sweaters were returned to me smelling dirty and like cigarette smoke. The sweaters did not smell like that before they had been cleaned. Also two other sweaters were returned with holes and rips. I have had both sweaters dry-cleaned in vancouver and have never had this happen to those sweaters. I asked for a refund for the sweaters that were returned dirty and the ones that were ripped. It has been three weeks and i am still waiting for the manager to call. I have been in the store and called, and the manager has not called back. I was told today by an employee they refused to refund any money. I will never use this company again. Do not take your clothes there!!! Terrible service!!! My clothes came back dirtier than when i dropped them off.

Great experience. I was new to the process and found it really easy to clean my comforter, with the help of an employee. When i returned, as an added bonus, my comforter was folded and ready to go.
