They shrunk my jacket in the cleaning process and the manager denied it had shrunk because he couldn’t pull handfuls of lining out at the cuff. I tried the jacket on to demonstrate that the sleeves were now about 3 inches above my wrist and i could barely fasten the jacket ( this had been a loose boxy style jacket that i had previously been able to wear a chunky cable knit jumper under). He insisted it hadn’t shrunk quoting his point about the lining – how insulting is that when you only had to look at the garment on me?
