Why Is It Important To Have Goals In Life?

Clear strategy and solutions for business leadership symbol with a straight path to success as a journey choosing the right strategic path for business with blank yellow traffic signs cutting through a maze of tangled roads and highways.

If you are asked if you have set some goals for yourself, then you can have only two answers: Yes or No.
If the answer is yes then it is a very good thing because most people are spending their lives without any definite goal and you are in a much better position than them. But if the answer is no, then it is a matter of some concern. A little because even if you do not have a goal right now, you can set a goal for yourself by thinking very soon.

What are goals or Goals?

A goal is a task that we intend to prove. The goal is a task which we intend to accomplish.

Let’s take some examples: A student’s goal may be: “Bringing more than 80% marks in Final Exams.” An employee’s goal may be to get promotion based on their performance. The goal of a house-wife can be: “To start a home-based business. The goal of a blogger can be: “to raise your blog’s page rank from zero to three” The goal of a philanthropist may be: “to make all the people of a village literate”

Why is it important to have a goal? / Importance of Goals in Hindi
1) To move in the right direction: When you leave home in the morning, you know where you have to go and you reach there, imagine if you do not know where to go then what good will do? Wandering here and there will be wasted time. Similarly, in this life also, if you have not set goals for yourself, then your life will continue, but when you look back later you may regret that you did not achieve anything special !!

The goal gives the person the right direction. Tells him which work is necessary for him and which is not. If the goals are clear, then we prepare ourselves accordingly. Our subconscious mind inspires us to act accordingly. If the goal is clear in the mind, then the path to achieving it also appears clear and a person moves in the same direction.

2) To use his energy properly: Bhagwan has given limited energy and limited time to humans. So it is important that we use it in the right way. The goal motivates us to do just that. If you do some work keeping your end-goal in mind, then your concentration and energy level in it is very good.

For example: When you go to a library for the purpose of reading a particular book, you simply pick up some books and turn their pages and read a few pages, but if you complete a project report If you go for the purpose of doing it, then you choose only the books of its meaning and complete your work. In both cases, you give the same amount of time, but there is a difference of ground-sky in your efficiency. Similarly, if we do not have a definite goal in life, then we will continue to waste our energy like this and the result will not be special. But on the contrary, when we keep the goal in mind, then our energy will be used in the right place and we will get the right results.

3) To be successful: Ask whosoever says that I want to be a successful person, but if ask what will happen if he believes himself to be a successful person, very few people will be able to answer it with full faith. Success means different things for everyone. And these counts are determined by the goal itself. So if you do not have any goals, then you can succeed at one point of view, but in your own eyes how will you decide whether you are successful or not? For this, you have to see the goal set by you.

4) To remove the contradiction of our mind: There are many opportunities in our life. Nobody can take advantage of all the opportunities for everyone. We have to do the opportunities sometimes yes or never. In such a situation it is natural to come when we are unable to decide what we should do. In such situations, your goal can guide you. As my and my wife’s goal is to open a beauty parlour, if today she gets two job offers simultaneously, one of which is from a parlour, she will join her without any confusion, even if there she Compared to other offers, you get less salary. At the same time, if there is no goal in front, then we will continue to evaluate all the factors and in the end, maybe more salary becomes the deciding factor.

The narration of friends Arnold H Glasgow,

Like football, even in life, you cannot move forward until you know your goal.

I feel just right. So if you have not yet set any goal for yourself, then start thinking in this direction. Make goals, make big goals, and achieve them only!

All the best!
