Value of Education: MTech from IIT Bombay, Kumar Shravan joins Railway Group D Job

Kumar Shravan, after completing his BTech and MTech from the IITs, one of the most prestigious engineering institutes in the country, has won a job in Group D of Railways. Call it a government job craze or limited employment opportunities, but Kumar Shravan has set an example by becoming a track mentor. According to Patna Bihar Paliganj resident Kumar Shravan, no job is small or big. The opportunities in life should not be missed.

Kumar Shravan contributed to the Dhanbad Railway Division on 30 July. His posting is currently done in Telo under Chandrapura PWI. While his colleagues are excited about Shravan joining the team, it is a matter of pride for Railways to get IITN in Group D post.

IT was successful in 2010

Kumar Shravan had success in IIT JEE in 2010. His category rank (CML) was 1,570. Shravan enrolled in an integrated dual degree course at IIT Mumbai. In 2015, he earned BTech and MTech degrees simultaneously. His branch was Metrology and Material Science. Even before cracking IIT, Shravan did well in matriculation and intermediate.

Security in government jobs, not in private

Shravan told in the conversation that the security in the government job is not in the private job. Railway is different. He is very happy to join the railway. In response to a question, Shravan said that after completion of the course many companies had come to the IIT for campus but all the nuns were giving jobs in core sector. He was to work in the core sector. The first job is RRB NTPC has also been tested. The department will also try for promotion in future. At present, they are faithfully bearing the responsibility given by the Railways. Shravan’s elder brother Ranjit Kumar works in PWD in Patna.
