The organization started 3 decades ago with a vision to serve the needy and cure the helpless patients through free corrective surgeries with a will to fight a battle with Polio and other related birth disabilities. An internationally renowned center with more than 12 specialized hospitals, 1100+ beds, food for 4500+ people every day, and more than 424350 free of cost corrective surgeries; the Sansthan has become more like a family and home to all the patients and their visitors.

Impetus, since registered on 5th Oct 2016, has tried to identify the need of the society and work for its upliftment. Impetus conducts daily evening classes for the kids of daily wagers & migrant labours since the past 3 years. Due to current pandemic situation, Online classes are held for the kids from near by villages and various parts of Udaipur. Different subjects are taught to them including Hindi, Maths & English. - ALFA Educational Society
ALFA Educational Society has been working in the Kherwara Block since its inception in 2006. The block is comprised of largely tribal people with Hindu and Muslim communities also well represented. The economy centers around farming and labor activities. Educational attainment, especially for females, is low. Given that those who populate the area are highly disparate both ideologically and spatially, conflict within and between communities is common. Moreover, in recent years the area has witnessed mass migration of its youth to nearby cities in an attempt to escape a life of working in the field.
