Robert Graham purchased our first semi tractor in 1983 and shortly after formed the company Graham Trucking, Inc. He purchased a second truck, then a third, until we had grown to about a dozen trucks. Based at that time at Port of Seattle Terminal 115 South, our main business was barge lines doing business between Washington and Alaska.
The company is now based just south of the Seatac airport on 188th. Today the company owns and operates one of the largest drayage companies and super chassis fleets in the state. While Graham Trucking continues to service the Alaska barge trade, we have expanded our service to include international freight, construction trade, retail supply, distribution, and others. Our customers are construction companies, retail chains, freight forwarders, steamship lines, seafood companies, consolidators, logistics companies, produce suppliers, and many others.

- Vanport Trucking
In 1966, Gene Cash, the current President of Vanport Trucking, was working in the plywood prefinished business in the Port of Vancouver. In 1981, Gene and his son Mark Cash bought their first flatbed truck, where they started hauling lumber and plywood to local family and friends. Gene and Mark later started hauling other commodities after acquiring a business relationship with some of their “customers.” The father-son team has continued to work hard and watch their company grow even today.
Now known as Vanport Trucking Company, the two have developed a large fleet of local trucks that run throughout all of Oregon and Washington along the I-5 corridor. Vanport is now providing service throughout the Continental United States and Canada through the transportation division as well.

Lynden Transport is a subsidiary of Lynden Incorporated, a family of transportation and logistics companies primarily serving Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, with additional service extending throughout the United States and internationally.
Lynden Transport provides multi-mode, full-service, regional, common and contract carrier services throughout the entire State of Alaska. Lynden Transport entered the market in 1954 when our trucks pioneered the newly completed Alcan highway and began providing scheduled over-the-road service to major Alaska communities. Today Alcan highway service is still available for truckload and less-than-truckload shipments but Lynden Transport’s services have been expanded to include TL and LTL freight service via motor-water-motor routes using barges, Alaska State ferries and motor vessels as underlying carriers on marine highway routes.
