My name is Vicky Woodruff and I was born and raised in Baltimore County. I studied at Towson University for undergraduate. I went on to work for the Mental Health Association of Maryland, a non-profit, that engages in a variety of issues regarding mental health consumers. After this I decided to pursue a master’s degree in social work. I completed my MSW at the University of Southern California, graduating at the top of my class. I gained experience working at a Partial Hospitalization Program in Pennsylvania where I treated a range of mental illnesses typically in an acute stage.
