अति पवित्र स्थली हरिद्वार में गंगा घाट के किनारे ब्रह्मचारी श्री देवेन्द्र स्वरूप जी महाराज ने भीमगोड़ा में, सन् 1972 में भूमि खरीदी। आदिगुरू ब्रह्मचारी श्री जयराम जी महाराज की पुण्य-स्मृति में इस भूमि पर एक विशाल भवन के निर्माण का कार्य सन् 1974 में आरम्भ किया गया। बारह वर्ष के अथक परिश्रम के परिणामस्वरूप 1986 में यह भवन बनकर तैयार हुआ । जनसेवा तथा आधुनिक सुख-सुविधा से युक्त इस आश्रम ने अल्पकाल में ही आशातीत प्रसिद्धि प्राप्त कर ली।
परम पूज्य ब्रह्मचारी श्री देवेन्द्र स्वरूप जी महाराज ने जन कल्याण हेतु इस भवन के साथ-साथ धर्मार्थ चिकित्सालय, अन्न भंडार तथा पुस्तकालय आदि भी स्थापित किये है।
