Jonathan Cahill, MD, is a board-certified neurologist at the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Rhode Island and an associate professor of neurology at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Dr. Cahill earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology at Rhode Island Hospital and the Alpert Medical School.

9.Umer Akbar, MD
Dr. Akbar’s research interests include diagnosis and management of movement disorders. He is proficient in botulinum toxin injections, deep brain stimulation patient evaluation and selection, intra-operative micro-electrode recording, and post-operative deep brain stimulation programming.
