Carrie LaChapelle has practiced midwifery in Upstate, SC for over 12 years. She began attending births 17 years ago as a doula before  graduating from the South Carolina School of Midwifery. She is a licensed by the State of South Carolina and by (NARM), the National Association of Registered Midwives. She is a certified preceptor for students of midwifery. Carrie completed the EMT-Intermediate program in Emergency Medicine (EMS) at Greenville Technical College, as well as being trained as a Newborn Specialist from the Newborn Training Academy.
