“The Ambulatory Care Clinic (ACC) is located off-site from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The ACC offers lab services, X-rays, and EKG’s are also available for diagnostic work-up. A Medication Assistance Program is available to help patients get prescription medications free or at a reduced cost. External referrals for specialty care are also made to other Sentara providers in the community. Sentara Healthcare recognizes its responsibility to “Improve Health Everyday” by providing its fair share of uncompensated care to adult residents who are low-income, uninsured or underinsured through Medicare, Medicaid.”
