This performance of Your Songs was the culmination of two intense weeks of rehearsals with 50 talented dancers exploring the music of Elton John. We chose songs that told a story and stand as an anthem to 70’s rock and roll music. Elton’s music is still relevant today, forty-five years later. Thank you to all the dancers, choreographers, assistants and parents who made this show a wonderful success. So much fun for everyone.

2.NC Dance District – Adult Hip Hop Dance Studio
Kellye Hall does it all! A “Jill of all trades,” early in life she was able to thrive in a variety of areas including academics, athletics, and the arts. She was always a natural dancer and even took tap and ballet classes as a child, but hip-hop was her passion. Growing up in rural Soul City, there were no hip-hop classes, so she and a group of friends came up with their own choreography, imitating popular artists of the time such as TLC. Being a lover of music, she joined the band and took up the saxophone as early as 6th grade. This led to her growing into a leader and eventually becoming drum major of her high school band. Being Aggie-born, she was destined to be a member of the Blue and Gold Marching Machine at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, like her father and uncle. She was determined to lead the band as drum major and she achieved her goal, unknowingly becoming the first female drum major in the band’s history. Due to the band’s popularity, they became the official band of the Carolina Panthers, allowing Kellye to perform for crowds of over 70,000 people. She also joined the Theta Zeta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority, Incorporated and choreographed musical transitions for the step team in a number of step shows.

- Millennium Dance Studio
Kids and parents all have a ball at Dance Studio B! The 1 ½ hour Saturday or Sunday party features a professionally trained instructor leading the children in exercise, dance, gymnastics and games. We provide a clean, safe atmosphere for fun and activities, present opening and refreshments. For a nominal fee per child, you can treat your kids and yourself to a fun and unique birthday experience that will be long remembered. All you have to do is provide refreshments and decorations, we do the rest! A minimum of 10 children is required.
