Very professional and knowledgeable. Came by on a windy day to inspect the chimney in our new house. Removed a long dead bat, verified everything was in good working order, gave me some education on how to work the fireplace and went up on the roof (still windy) to install chimney caps. Mike voluntarily removed our unused rusty satellite dish from our roof without any charge. We believe mike is not only a professional chimney master, but also a very talented guitar player, and a very creative rock cairn designer. Honestly, the guy who came to inspect our fireplaces was fantastic. He gave us the rundown on 5 fireplaces when we had no clue anything about them. Didn’t over charge at all and was very honest about what we needed (which was nothing). He could have easily swindled us because we literally know nothing about fireplaces but he’s was an absolutely honest and stand up guy which i really appreciated. I 100% recommend this company. They know what they’re talking about and won’t run up the bill unnecessarily. He also fixed the chain to open the vent without charging. Seriously couldn’t have picked a better company!
