I shopped around until i found ken and sandy!! Everyone else i spoke with was 4-6 months out for installation and much higher price. As soon as i picked out the gas logs i wanted ken was out here the following week (on a sunday!!!) To do my install. You have to understand that a working fireplace is part of what i need to live!!
