1.Cleveland School of the Arts

Strong organizations are led by strong Boards.

Our Board is led by five dynamic community leaders, appointed by the Cuyahoga County Executive and confirmed by Cuyahoga County Council.

Board members serve as volunteers on rotating three-year terms. Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s Board of Trustees currently meets six times a year at 4:00 pm, generally on the second Wednesday of designated months. All CAC Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public. Specific dates and locations are listed below.

3.School for Creative and Performing Arts

The School For Creative & Performing Arts (SCPA) is a world-class arts magnet program designed to achieve technical mastery in an arts field and traditional academic curriculum.  The focus is arts education with an extensive academic program that meets Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) and state standards for high school diplomas. 

Founded in 1973, SCPA is an arts magnet school in the Cincinnati Public School (CPS) district, the third largest district in Ohio.  In 2010, SCPA became the first and only K-12 magnet art school in the nation when CPS merged the K-3rd Schiel Primary School for Arts Enrichment with The School For the Creative & Performing Arts, a 4th-12th pre-professional art school.

4.Columbus Music and Art Academy

Columbus Music and Art Academy offers the award-winning Columbus International Children’s Choir, art classes, music theory classes, and singing lessons for kids ages 4-18 from Greater Columbus, Ohio. The academy is also the home of Central Ohio Singing Competition.
