Mike Shim is REMARKABLE. My father got Covid during the holidays. He has COPD and other underlying conditions that made his conditions worsen his breathing quickly. He wasn’t in need of a 911 call but we knew we needed to get a Doctor to the apartment quickly for an assessment. I went on google, searched for at home service and called LEAA. Mike answered the call immediately. He was so compassionate and kind during my extreme time of worry. He was able to walk me through all of the options and care that could be provided for my Dad. He set me up with a Dr that came to the apt. Not only did he set the appointment up immediately, but Mike gave me his cell number and made sure that I could call him at any time. This pandemic has been trying on everyone. We are so blessed that Mike and the Doctors that came and cared for my Father were able to turn his health around and he already tested Negative. THANK YOU!
