Technicians’ ivory and dee were very professional and treated our home with respect. They laid down cloths for their equipments to protect the floors, put booties on their shoes and had masks on. They did a very good job on both our air ducts and sweeping the chimney. And believe me, our chimney and air ducts were very dirty!!! There was one air vent the was missed. My house is a mess right now so i’m not surprised they missed a vent. But when i called the mad hatter, no questions asked except for my address, they are coming back to address the issue. And was also told that if i find anything else to let the technicians know. Now that is service!! Love the company and the technicians. Great job!
