Slowly and steadily, the count of members grew with Anshu training the team in the society club house. Various kind of workouts were carried out during this phase, i.e. Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Zumba, Partner Cardio, Body conditioning, and HIIT. Coach Anshu went on to further certify herself in Kettlebell, Core Pilates, Zumba, Master Functional Trainer ,Pre & Post Natal and Kinesio Taping.
