I had a great day touring the Spirit Airlines Hartford Office with my family. Our return flight needed to be rescheduled, but we were unsure of how to accomplish it online. The employees in the office were amazing. They helped us choose the option that would work best for our schedule after listening intently. During our visit, we felt really comfortable, and the office was very clean. Additionally, they gave us insightful travel tips, which we really valued. Seeing a staff that genuinely cares about passengers is a delight. If we ever need help with flights again, we will definitely come back.
