At Presence Energy Healing, I’m passionate about helping individuals find relief from pain and restore balance to their bodies and minds. As a UAP/MG+ level VortexHealing® Practitioner, I provide holistic pain relief treatments that incorporate multiple modalities, including Indirect Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and VortexHealing. Each session is personalized to address your unique needs, focusing on the body’s fascial (connective tissue) network to promote healing and ease discomfort.

My journey into holistic healing began with a deep desire to understand the intricate connections between physical pain, emotional well-being, and energetic balance. With over 1,000 hours of training in VortexHealing, I’ve learned how to effectively blend energy work with hands-on techniques to support my clients' healing processes. This integrative approach allows me to address not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of pain, offering a comprehensive path toward recovery.

At Presence Energy Healing, I believe in the power of both in-person and distance healing sessions. Whether you visit my midtown Tallahassee office or opt for a remote session, you can expect the same level of care and attention. My distance energy healing sessions are designed to create a healing space that transcends physical boundaries, allowing for deep relaxation and pain relief from the comfort of your own home.

Each treatment session typically begins with 4-7 minutes of gentle energy work, preparing your body for deeper fascial release. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate energy work at the end of the session to facilitate integration and help your body adjust to the changes. My aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can fully relax and experience the benefits of holistic healing.

In addition to my hands-on techniques, I consider important factors such as posture and alignment to better understand the source of your pain. Many times, the root cause of discomfort can be found in a different area of the body than where you’re experiencing pain. By working with the fascial system, I help unlock long-standing tension patterns and facilitate greater freedom of movement.
