I’m Prashant, I’m the person behind Selbic providing services related to Psychological Coaching & Counselling, Training & Development (Students and Employees) and Selection & Recruitment. We are currently based in Gurgaon, Haryana (NCR, India).  I’m a certified Psychologist and a Life Coach.

I’m into this field since 2008, when I started learning about human behaviour and their functions. Initially, I was interested in clinical Psychology and related disorders later moved to organisational and occupational (Business) Psychology in the year 2014.

I’ve spent time observing and working with specially-abled children and young adults in the county of Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinhamshire, United Kingdom. I’ve also worked with patients with Schizophrenia, Alzheimer's (Dementia), Clinical Depression, Anxiety Disorders etc. in the city of London, United Kingdom, where I have completed my Honours degree in Psychology (2014) and later finished my masters in Occupational & Organisational (Business) Psychology (2016).
 

This jump from clinical to business Psychology was an interesting phase in my life making me realise about the  positive change it can bring to the society and the group of people on a larger scale be it schools or Organisations it is applied everywhere and to every human who is mindful about their existence and would like to achieve something from their life.

Gaining organisational Psychology as my expertise made me work with organisations such as TATA consultancy London, UBS Bank (Swiss Bank) HQ based at Liverpool st. London.  In 2016, I moved to NCR, India where I started to work with Organisations like Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, CT University in Ludhiana, Punjab, YourDost (Online portal for Counselling) Abundant Life Group and CogTest, Gurgoan (Head Quarters) previously knowns as  Sovereign health based in the United States in America.
