The brand sources its ingredients directly from small-scale Himalayan farmers and women-led self-help groups (SHGs), ensuring fair income and sustainable agricultural practices. Products are processed in small batches using traditional methods to preserve nutritional value and authentic flavour.

Our Story

Naturally Pahadi was born out of a dual purpose: to connect modern health-conscious consumers with the pure, forgotten flavours of the Himalayas, and to create sustainable livelihoods for the farmers who grow them. Founder Pretti Bhandari identified a painful reality in Himalayan agriculture - over 30% of fresh produce was being wasted due to poor market access and lack of local processing infrastructure. Her response was to build a brand that does more than sell food: it trains farmers in value addition, sets up semi-processing units near farms, partners with women-led SHGs, and shares brand identity and profits with its farming partners. Every product carries a piece of mountain heritage - crafted in small batches, using traditional recipes, with no artificial shortcuts. The name "Pahadi" (meaning "of the mountains") is both an identity and a promise.
