'We popularise the game so that very large number of children play it under professional guidance. We charge nominal fees from the students both for regular coaching as well as tournaments, so that money does not become a constraint in any manner. Besides Table Tennis coaching and physical fitness training, the players are also given regular inputs on motivation and mental strength. We regularly assess progress made by the players and communicate the same to the parents via progress report and regular meetings. We organise tournaments regularly to help players assess and promote their competitive strengths and learn from defeats.'
