GKHS is a Hotel Owner Advisory and Research Firm which is aimed at assisting its Clients in making informed investment and partnership decisions. The firm was launched in April 2015 with two primary services being – 1) Hotel Feasibility Study, and 2) Hotel Brand Search and Contract Negotiation. Over time, three additional service verticals were added to core offerings – 1) Hotel Asset Management, 2) Kitchen and BOH Area Planning, and 3) Technical Services Consulting. By the end of 2016-17 the firm had successfully served over 26 Clients across the Country. Some of the brands with whom GKHS has successfully closed management contracts or Market Research are – Accor Group, Lemon Tree Premiere, Fern Residency, Fairfield by Marriott, Tivoli Garden, Keys Prima, Citrus Hotels, Holiday Inn, etc.
