I started this service just out of sheer frustration for lack of proper information about basic stuff needed to establish one’s identity in Delhi. I got married in 2007 and when I came back from my vacation, my wife and I decided to get our Marriage Registered, have a common Bank Account, get her name changed on her PAN Card, Driving License, Passport etc.  But little did I know what I was getting into. What started as a simple application to the Transport, Passport and Sub-Didivisional Magistrate’s Office took me almost a Month and a Half to get my things done with obviously TIME and MONEY flowing like water.
