Taking my family to the Cathay Pacific Kuwait Office was a wise decision. We wanted to talk to someone directly because we had no idea about our connecting flights. The staff was amiable and provided us with insightful responses. They even gave us advice about transportation to and from the airport. They were courteous in their responses to my younger brother's excessive number of inquiries. The atmosphere at the office was calm and friendly. After the visit, we felt at ease and confident about our adventure. We are appreciative of their excellent customer service, and the experience was excellent.
