Cashiya.in ("Cashiya" or "Site/App" or "we" or "our") is a web portal/Mobile application that provides a platform brings together persons who are willing to borrow and persons who are willing to lend together or having relation with lending institution. On this web portal/App, a visitor to the website/App/Application put a request for persons who are willing to lend, persons who are willing to borrow, details of service providers such as verification agencies, collection agents and other such service providers that would provide services to either lenders or to borrowers. Cashiya shall merely facilitate a transaction of borrowing and lending between two such persons. Cashiya neither lends nor borrows through this website/App/Application/Application. Cashiya is neither a financial institution, nor runs a collective investment scheme or a chit fund or any other such financial scheme.
