We subscribe to a number of job sites and also have a current extensive database of resumes of candidates in all fields, from all different levels and from all over the world. Our preferred mode of operation is as a search firm, i.e. first we get the detailed specifications of the opening from the client and then find suitable candidates from our own database and by advertising on job sites.
