The airline industry consists of operational complexity, a service dynamic, and managerial opportunities. The Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management provides an Airline Management Programs encompassing airline operations, safety regulations, and customer service management. Students will gain an understanding of how airlines operate on a day-to-day basis and connect what is learned in the classroom to day-to-day practices.
