Care Skills Academy, part of S&S Care Skills Academy Pvt. Ltd., was established in the year 2013 with the aim to impart skills to the unemployed youths of India for a better future in a short timeframe. The Institute is fully aware of the fact that India is all set to become the largest contributor to the global workforce . Its working age population is likely to swell from 0.86 billion in 2015 to over a billion by 2050 (Source: Regional Human Development Report of UNDP dated 26th April 2016). With this growth rate the need for skilled workforce is on an overwhelming rise. The Institute aims at delivering to this growing need of the nation by actively participating in the process of building skilled workforce for the nation and feels proud to be a party in promoting India to become a skilled nation.The institute recognized the importance of a valid Certificate holder Technician/ Engineer and took up with Government agencies for Affiliation. Very soon the Institute became an authorized training partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) which means that its certification programs are authorized by The Government of India through NSDC and ESSCI. Today the Institute is Affiliated with Management and Entrepreneurship & Professional Skills Council (MEPSC) and National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD).The Institute was developed in such a way that it should be able to provide vocational and technical training in Consumer Home Appliances such as Refrigerators, Air conditioners, washing machines, Smartphone, Photocopier machines, DTH/DAS Set‐top Box LED, etc. The training programs are designed as per NSDC and are run with the help of advanced tools & tackles. Innovative training techniques and technically sound and experienced faculty. Highest importance is given to Safety of both Personal and Machines. Apart from vocational education and technical training, the Institute also trains students in English language & communication skills,soft skills, interview skills, organization skills and other workplace skills. which are very essential for service and sales.
