Sierra Meadows Behavioral Heath exists to help restore hope in the lives of those affected by mental health conditions. We provide counseling for depression, anxiety, and behavioral health conditions. Our therapists’ aim is to help restore healthy neuropsychological “brain” functioning in each individual we serve. In doing so, we strive to not only reduce the symptoms of mental health conditions, but to help our patients start a journey towards healing and wholeness through evidence based therapy. The word \u201cpatient\u201d has become a taboo term in mental health over the years as it brings a negative connotation for some that harkens back to days of a non-person centered approach to care.
