To his surprise, the margins were filled with faded notes and doodles from what appeared to be a young boy who had dreams of becoming a baker. The name written at the back of the book was \u201cGideon,\u201d and Steve decided to fulfill that child\u2019s wishes with the name Gideon\u2019s Bakehouse\u2122.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
