I do work outdoors and being on my knees all day puts holes in my pants pretty quickly. I asked them to patch both knees on my pants, and hem them. They were done to prefection. He also left the extra material in my pocket which are the same size as my patches, which will be great if i need to get them patched up again! You can tell as soon as you walk into the store that vic takes his job very seriously. I will for sure go back in the future if i need more work done. She was also late getting the alterations done and did not call to let me know so i sat around with my screaming toddler for an hour while she ruined the dress, charged me a fortune and did not once apologize.
