Also two other sweaters were returned with holes and rips. I have had both sweaters dry-cleaned in vancouver and have never had this happen to those sweaters. I asked for a refund for the sweaters that were returned dirty and the ones that were ripped. It has been three weeks and i am still waiting for the manager to call. I have been in the store and called,\u00a0 and the manager has not called back. I was told today by an employee they refused to refund any money. I will never use this company again. Do not take your clothes there!!! Terrible service!!!
