I dropped off a suit, shirt and pants to be cleaned on aug 14. I went to go pick up my items today(aug18). My shirt was definitely not cleaned as it was still wrinkled and had a stain on it that was not there before! I inspect suit with the lady and i\u2019m satisfied with the suit. I get home to realize i am missing my other pair of pants. I rush back and the lady says \u201cno only 3 items\u201d we bring up my order, and sure enough it\u2019s says 4 items!
