“Women have more brain than man no no man has more brain than women” this debate is never ending. In this new era of the 21st century when all are equal then also men and women try to differentiate intelligence with the size of their brains and many other factors. So let’s discuss all the factors on which this debate is going on and in the end you can figure out who is more.
1-Brain size-
As it was discovered that men have more brain than women and again it becomes a topic of debate on the intelligent of men and women. People found that men have bigger brains and having a bigger brain means that men have more IQ but my friend this is wrong.We won’t be going into scientific terms or terminology but we can say that bigger brains are not always better for example coconut tree is taller than any other trees but it is unable to give the shadow to anyone likewise bigger brains of men doesn’t mean that men are more intelligent. Because nowadays women are almost doing all the work which men can do and hence it is proved.
2- Emotional balance-
When it comes to emotional balance women are more emotional than men which is because of the many factors which also includes society pressure of men not showing any emotions which women can show without any burden of any society sham or anything like that. Men and women have almost the same amount of emotions but men don’t show their emotions because of many society pressure or norms.

3- IQ-
What is IQ its the intelligence that help people in something the problems easily. Now the question arises who have more IQ ,as we will be taking note of things men and women, women have more problems in their life and it may vary from situation to situation so women always need a quick solution of each and every problem which annoys them.In life women faces many situations where they use their IQ and make a situation better.Technically the IQ of women may be behind men but in real life situations girls have more IQ than men.
4- Emotional Stability-
Emotional stability is when you understand your own emotions and you have the tendency to understand what emotion to express in which situation. This stability leads to a healthy mind and that makes you intelligent because when mind works in a proper manner then people tend to think in a right way according to the situation. Now there is no difference between working of a men and women mind in different situations if they both have emotional stability but women tend to express more emotion as compared to the men as per the rules of society rules. But the right statement is both men and women have an emotions but it’s just a game of emotional stability and their nature which makes them to think intelligently.
5-Maintenance of Relationship-
Intelligence is also judged when you understand about the relations and their values. There is no doubt in saying that Relationship management is not cup of everyone’s tea but women tends to be more into building of relationship as compared to men. According to the daily incident we hear our experience we can make out that woman is the one who is maintaining the relationship even after in a critical situation. But everywhere the conditions apply, building of relationship also depends upon the situation or nature of the person who is maintaining it sometimes in some relations men is the one who takes initiative for relationship building.

6- Career-
When it comes to know about who is more intelligent men or women we can also identify from their career which they are right now. Nowadays girls are not doing less than boys earlier girls were not able to perform according to their interest and caliber but now as the generation is changing girls are also pursuing career which men which was man oriented careers.
7- Inner Management –
This inner management refers to the self management which is the most important aspect when it comes to judging who is more intelligent men or women. Women tend to have less self management skills as thtey are not emotionally strong but still exceptions are their and in case of men they tend to be strong in self management as they are emotionally stronger than women and still exceptions exist. This emotional stability is directly proportional to the inner management.
8-Socialisation-
When it comes to socialization women always are one step ahead than men. Women tend to have more speaking skills than Men which make then attract good amount of people around them but as always exceptions are always their. Some men also have a very good speaking skills which make them equal to women skills.

9-Awareness-
Socaialisation gives awareness and awareness gives intelligence to the people The more you see, listen, read, etc will make you more intelligent. Women tends to be more sociable than men but some men also love to socialise we cannot judge anyone by just socialization because nowadays there are many other mediums to be aware about things if you want so the smarter person can also be aware about things without socialising also.
10-Tactfulness-
Girls have more skills of this than men. They can more accurately handle the situation smoothly than men but as we know exceptions are always there some men also my learn or have inborn skill of handling situation very smartly and make it a better situation for all whereas women have a tendency to complicate a situation when it goes out of their mind and strength.
From the above points we can conclude that where men and women are equal and can almost do all the other things which men can do So keeping in mind equality between men and women we can consider that humans are intelligent intelligence doesn’t come after asking your race ,cast or sex.
